Deluxe Gulets
The Deluxe category of gulets offer guests comforts and standards generally equivalent to 4 –star hotels, in gulets which have been built or fully renovated within the last ten years. Some are traditional style while some gulets have been built to more modern tastes.
The cabins are well-designed and spacious, with usually one or two well-appointed master cabins, or they are equal in size and quality as a mix of double and twin cabins, with quality materials used for beds, seating, linen and towels. All cabins have en suite bathrooms with styled fittings: basin, toilet, the shower enclosed always, and often have hairdryers.
The charter includes a generous allowance A/C, 8-12 hours – used mainly at night for cabin comfort and for saloon, with core hours 21:00- 01:00 (according to size and more often gulet has two generators) . The indoor saloon space is decorated to a high standard with entertainment plasma TV /DVD and music – home theatre systems in saloon, while private TV/DVD may be fitted in master cabins if not all cabins. I-pod connections added to Internet/wif-fi are usually available.
Most of the Deluxe gulets are registered to cruise in the Dodecanese Greek Islands with up to 12 guests, as well as along the Turkish coast. These gulets usually have a higher powered outboard motor and larger tender to offer watersports toys which may or may not be included but can be rented as an extra/ space on board, plus one or two canoes, a windsurfer or other items, plus the standard snorkel and flippers, hand fishing lines.
