Most of the popular gulet harbours in Turkey are based along the south coast of the Aegean Sea and part of Turkey’s Mediterranean coast.
Bodrum, Marmaris, Göcek and Fethiye are the most popular towns and harbours for yacht charters in this region.Turkish Harbour management is composed of two parts: The main town Harbours are owned and managed by Municipalities and self-contained Marinas by private management companies.
Gulets are always based in local government harbours because it is more economical. VIP gulets, motor yachts, bareboats and catamarans are usually located in private marinas to guarantee moorings, security and on-site technical support.
